Tsunami Hits Japan After An 8.9 Magnitude Earthquake

It was exactly 2:46 p.m. local time when Japan was shook by an 8.9 magnitude earthquake.






And moments later, the poor Japanese people were struck again with a more devastating catastrophe--a tsunami.
